Insurance”。我又好奇地翻墙Google了一下,也查阅的Wikipedia,但是并没有找到相应的词条和解释。显然这是一个典型的Chinglish术语,当然我们也可以理解为中国互联网创新又一次走在了世界的最前沿。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: 66);">百度百科:“场景是人们社会化活动的立体空间,根据社会大众在特定活动场景(如网络购物、出行)中可能面临的风险制定特定的保险商品(如退货保险、航空延误险、航空意外险)即为场景保险。外文名:Scene Insurance”</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br border-box;">不过年近半百的老马觉得年过百岁的保险行业不会那么容易创新出新的品类。互联网也不是随随便便就可以打开新世界的万能钥匙。退运险和航空意外险可不是什么新鲜产物,存在了很多年了。上述互联网平台只是提供了一个比过去更高效的保险销售场景,而不是什么保险产品新物种,何必又创造出个场景保险新名词呢?</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">现在回想起来,之所以让保险公司和创业者对场景保险推崇备至的原因可能是淘宝上大卖退运险和携程上巨量的航空意外险。小额、高频、碎片、低成本、大规模。但是这些都是这些平台保险销售场景的特征,而不是产品特征。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">如果是针对特殊的行业或者特定的风险的保险产品,也许我们应该称之为Specialty Insurance,特种保险或者特色保险产品。实际上,曾经为场景保险而生的众安保险网站上就已经没有“场景保险”的字样,取而代之以“特色保险”了。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">Specialty Insurance,特色保险,可不可以成为保险公司创新的大旗呢?我觉得当然可以,只要这家保险公司甘愿做小而美的专业化保险公司。据说美国就有很多这样的公司,有专门保夏令营风险的、有专门保水上运动的、有专门保齿科风险的。这些保险公司大部分都很小,听说有的只有几个人,大量职能都是采取外包,核心团队都是领域专家。这么节省的原因很简单,特色保险针对非常细分的市场,规模不大。只有降低固定成本,做专做精做深才可以有利可图。</p><p border-box;">互联网销售场景的丰富多彩对保险中介是好事情。作为保险中介当仁不让应该去挖掘发现这些保险销售场景,然后匹配上游的保险产品。一方面可以优化交易流程以适应特殊的保险销售场景,通用产品和特色产品都适用;另一方面为特色产品找到针对性的销售场景。中介就是桥梁,去搜索、去匹配、去连接,少做本该保险公司做的事情,那些都是成本,直接吃掉利润。但是对接互联网保险销售场景对技术上有要求,传统保险中介这方面意识不足,技术储备上也欠缺。这就给了创新型保险中介机会和空间。</p><p border-box;">不过值得热爱“场景保险”的保险公司和保险中介警惕的是那些互联网大平台。他们即使不是未来的竞争者,也不会是忠诚的大客户。就算近期大平台可以贡献一些保费收入甚至利润,也只是短暂狂欢。因为场景是他们创造和拥有的,他们早晚会唯利是图地把最后一分钱归为己有,说到底,“场景保险”首先最应该是场景平台的菜。BATJ还有滴滴、美团什么的,设立自己的保险经纪公司只是第一步而已,拥有自己的保险公司或者自保公司是早晚的事情。其实即使他们没有保险牌照又怎么样?保险基因的承载和表达形式可以多种多样,让我们拭目以待。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
